What's the point of setting up something in the pool area that isn't ready or design to withstand the location. When we asked for umbrella to be opened in the pool area because it's sunny their reason is its windy so they can't open it, I just don't get those actions when you are in a 5 star hotel. When we went to the pool they charged her again which is ridiculous cause again she was charge on her stay already. We paid for 2 adults with kids in one room and an additional head for one 13 yo but when we asked for additional bed since she is paying for the stay we had to be charge again for the bed had a long discussion on earl on this to justify the charge when she had paid an extra for the stay already.
Our room is not properly cleaned had a cabinet that has leak so reported this immediately but they took a long time to send someone so had to leave the room. I should say we are always appreciative and understanding as we understand hospitality industry and providing an honest low feedback is difficult but understand it's guests way to help improve a brand. We booked for 2 rooms 1934 suite and deluxe 1941 3 days and 2 nights.
